100% CPU Usage while coping cd to hd

Have anyone idea about this problem? When I copy from hd to hd CPU usage is about 20%!

open device manager, click the plus beside cdroms, and double click on the drive.. make sure its not in PIO mode.

In standard bios options check and choose AUTO mode for IDE channel. Than search for Ultra DMA option in BIOS choose all enable or auto.
