its a custom marked part (KS...)
the C8745A actually looks more like Sxxxx

As for what it is? most likely a 1983 production C8755A (copyrights fit for that)

If so, its still unusually enough to warrant buying.

Most probably it's just C8749A(H).

copyright wrong for that (would be 1980 and would be C8749H)
