What is this Toshiba chip?

Hello everyone,

Could you please help me find out what kind of chip this T6100A is? The only references that I could find online are links to Chinese companies that may have it in stock...

Looked through some of my info and I dont see it either.

be very interesting if it was a Intersil 6100 clone

Lol...Ellar have right..... 6100 have 40 pins...
i think is Some Custom chip On Gate Arrays Logic...

unsolder the top and check the die

I just used the inquiry form on Toshiba Semiconductor's site to ask about it - will wait a few days for an answer before deciding to uncover the die (which, by the looks of the top, is probably cracked)...
