|
|
Hi!
Been buying chips on Ebay for about two months now. It is a great place for getting rare chips (not to mention cpu-world) .
I give feedback as soon as the chip is in my hand but i have some sellers who dont give feedback back, and i need it for sellers who demands at least 10 positive feedback. Is it OK to request feedback? The deals are about a month old so the seller should have had the time..

If you sell much on ebay you would be annoyed by people asking for feedback. _________________ Frank. |

It's ok to send polite e-mail saying something like "I just/recently left positive feedback for you, if you're satisfied with the transaction please leave positive feedback for me". Be prepared that not all sellers will leave any feedback at all - my estimate is that every third or forth seller doesn't leave feedback.

or, like me, you get some halfwit who lists his auction as 'americas', refuses to ship outside the us, leaves you positive feedback the day the auction completes, refunds your payment, costing you a dollar in conversion fees, and then files a dispute because you didnt pay.....
but i digress. |

I stopped caring for feedback.
As a buyer I only leave feedback to sellers who feedback me before (ok, there are exceptions, caused by enthusiasm:-)
As a seller I leave positive feedback immediately after getting the money (exception: when I forget it:-)
It is a rare phenomenon to receive feedback by buyers after leaving feedback on them first, but anyway, I do not really care if I have 100 or 1000 counts.
100 % positive is much more important to me. |

Of course 100% positive is more important! But for some reason there are sellers demanding 10 positive feedbacks before selling to you. As soon as im over 10 it is not that important that i ask for feedback from sellers.
