i8080 and i8080A

Trying to find out any info&images on i8080 (not 8080A)
Does anyone have this device?
It's not easy cause all use just 8080 actually meaning 8080A.

Russian (but not English, French or Ukrainian, i can't read any more) wiki says 8080 was made in 48-pin flat package, PMOS, 4500 transistors. And it had an critical error fixed later in 8080A, NMOS, 4000 transistors.

What are they exact reliese dates? 8080 and 8080A ?

will have to check.. but think the 8080 was released April 1974.. not sure about the 8080A

EDit : the 8080A is listed in the Sept 1975 8080 User manual.. so was released before then

Looks like was no any flat 48-pin package.
8080 (second row central) - the date is Week 6 1975.

Now I need to look at 8080 die. This site says 8080 and 8080A have diff transistor's nubber (but point to 1973 and 1976 years )

the 8080 & 8080A were both NMOS

number of transistors should be the same for both.. and it is noted from 4500 - 6000

In this oral history.. they list the number as 5000

Then we talked with Seikosha. Seikosha is the parent company of Epson. They were a customer of the
8008, and they decided to build a hardware emulator for Intel. But unfortunately, it was completed just
before the wafer out. But they supported my work to generate the test vector. It was quite a big help for
us. Thirdly, the process for making semiconductors had been changed from PMOS to NMOS. Therefore
I had to learn how to use NMOS, and once again from Federico. I was not able to utilize the database of
the 8008, because the 8008 used two clocks for one state, and also it was a PMOS process.

internal main ground line had a narrow width, which was allowed only low power TTL. Even with low
