Just sorting more eproms & trying to find any info on this elusive chip from the early 80s

I had an email request asking if I had anymore info available, so thought I would post what I had
SGS M268EF1
Die marked >> M258
only 25 of the 46 die pads are connected with wires
on a side note.. other SGS dies are marked
2716 >> 2716 M273
