I just came across an article about a CPU that draws so little power that it can run off a postage stamp sized solar cell. And it's powerful enough to run Windows!

Now if only they could make the rest of a PC (or notebook) run on such little power

Didnt see the version of Windows they managed to run.
I figure Windows 3.11 for workgroups.
