Pretty wire bonding tests

My last hunt resulted in (what I think is) wire bonding tests. It looks like they have been testing gold bonding wires to the (dummy?) chips, and between PCB pads. (Some of them even have the ST logo)



Its a bunch of boards some with bond wires and some without. Three have had the black protective resin applied (glob-top).

I also found some packaged mechanical samples:


And to top it off, some silicon wafer bits (in a silicon wafer case )


It's a cool new type of find for me
