i funde this modul, but i have no idea what it is and what it's for

anybody got and idea ?

and it has a 20 pin con on the back of the card also a chip called : Sprague 61Z14A150 T8349 with 4 digits in the corners 14 , 8 , 1, 7

hope you guys can help me thx

yeah looks like it, but can it for a amiga 500 or 1200, 2000 or maybe and old commando amiga pc AT/XT ?
