i find this 2 chips on a Board Marked as : "D Processor" come from a Panasonic Profesional Digital video Edittng-Recording Machine....
Model number AJ-D455
.....no standard chips inside..8-10 Altera-Toshiba Huge gate Arrays chips And this Little Module....
Any Idea What may is???

No idea but looks very interesting!
Panasonic/Matsushita is a big player on video equipment
and obviously this is a highly specialized design.
Matsushita made a lot of 4, 8 and 16bit microcontrollers in the past but
