Click on "Information" (to the left of "Forum") at the top of this page. There are links to K7, K8 and K10 stepping codes, and known production dates for them.
Additionally, the "Package numbers" page gives info on the pacakage number on a large number of chips and production dates of chips using that package number.
If you are looking for information on a specific datecode or stepping, post the info here and we will see if someone has the info. There is usually someone around who has more specific info, us collectors are a strange bunch who collect all sorts of data betweeen us
Even better, if you have a chip that you are trying to find info on, if you register on the forums you can post a pic of it, which is always useful. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

no, i meant how to interpret those letters, what each letter stands for, just like the pages for chip identification by part number
eg. given a k8 stepping code AAA2C, what info could be retrieved by decoding it? |
