Hi,

I hope someone can help me. Are you aware if the following processor will be compatible as an upgrade in my Dell Latitude D610 Laptop. Currently the laptop runs with a Pentium M 1.73GHz and I believe the maximum I can upgrade to is 2.26GHz. Anyway, here is the product -

INTEL SL7VB Pentium M 780 2.267GHz Processor CPU 2.26/2M/533

Yes that cpu should work in D610 but Dell's BIOS sometimes are very finicky. Update it to latest version before upgrade.
