The HP-chip looks similar to PA7300LC and is found on old Visualize graphic cards, probably this is
a processor derivated from the PA7300 since it
was made in the same timeframe/bit later.

Both P/Ns of the IBMs are uncommon,
for the 46G0443 I think it is a packet routing
switch (PowerPRS).
The unique "Canucks"-chip has a really strange product number, no idea for this one.

The HP chip has the PA7300LC similar bottom plate. Its size is even bigger and heavier. I've searched for "1QL4-0001" but nothing was found.

I agree that the IBM chip is supporting chip, they're usually hard to be identify.

I have great interest in Intel chip. It have very unusual pin on back.

I do hope that it's a AS/400 processor (Will it be too naive to have such dream.)

I have such thinking because it has the AS/400 similar heatsink.

Take a look:

yep sure does

One thing I didnt realise is that Cobra & Muskie are the same core
Cobra is name used for 1-way processor
while Muskie is name for the 4-way processor
