almost impossible to get any true data on these parts

CACHE >> cache
MIC >> modulation interface something (DIC >> demodulation....) for network signal processing
DBA >> Data band width allocation processor
MB600 >> early Gate array

What about TAC, RAC, & NAC?

any meanings for those that you know of?

I presume SGI stands for Silicon Graphics *******

The LSI Chips are most likely from an older SUN workstation and form the CPU together with some other chips...
