you may have to determine exact model you have... the ZE2000 came in a few varieties
some even ran Intel chips
guessing what sempron you have.. the biggest issue is the TDP (wattage) of any replacement processor
the sempron is only 25 watts.. the athlon you are suggesting is 62 watts.. likely to high for heat sink & fan in unit
without exact model.. it makes it hard.. but I have seen (what I think is your model) upgraded using ML-42 & ML-44 Turion 64 mobiles
which are only 35 watt
