Intel Mobile PII SL3L4 - more info please

Hi

I have a Mobile PII (sSpec SL3L4 with MMC-1 connector) from old broken Toshiba notebook (PCIset FW82443DX). I can't find this CPU at intel processorfinder. Why?
I would like to now more details about it (speed, cache capacity).

Sspec of MMC-1 cpus are undocumented, because they are always sold on the card.
Just tell what is written on the white rectangle on the side of the cpu (should look like this : PMD23305002AB)

i know its " few years later" , but for more details about it: i have 2 sspecs of PMF40002001AA: SL3KJ and SL3L4....
