I found several of these chips that have the AW on them. They appear to be qualification samples because of the "Q6013" spec number.

Any ideas about what the AW stands for?

I don't think the AW has any significance, but the "Q" number might be a sample...Q-specs are found on current Qualification Sample chips, but are not commonly found on 1970's vintage chips.

Someone else here may have more info... Confused
