Hi,
I got the opportunity to buy a board, on which are (among other) 36 pieces of chips in ceramic "gold plated" package DIP-16, labeled:
i (intel)
76970036
002 S6241
7841

and one chip in plastic DIP-28 package, labeled:
i (intel)
F 78200003 -1
7809
PHILIPPINES

The board does not carry, I have only two poor photos and this description.
What are the chips? I've never found anything about them.
It has some value or is it worthless?

Thanks,

Zbynek

Hello,
it's a Honeywell/General Electric RAM card with Intel DRAMs, custom-marked. Very likely the card came from a GE mainframe. I have a similar board in my collection populated with Texas Instruments 4116 chips.
IMHO capacity = 64 KB with parity.
Nice board. Custom-marked Intel DRAMs are relatively common (in IBM, GE, Unisys cards).
