INTEL PENTIUM 4
630 SL7Z9 COSTA RICA
3.00 GHZ/2M/800/04A
IS THIS COMPATIBLE WITH A INTEL D946GZIS MOTHERBOARD AS I CANNOT GET IT TO WORK |

| No, it is not. That board only supports Core 2 Duo, Pentium D, and Celeron 4xx series chips. Not Pentium 4. |

The support page that stu linked to says that P4 630 (and others) is compatible. Scroll down a little on that page and you will see it listed.
