anyone recognise this package in either a CPU or non CPU.. trying to identify a possible faked processor

I have airbrushed out the possible remarked markings

Looks like this tty chip I have, Doesnt look like an intel package either.

I want to talk to the seller first and find out some history of where he sourced the chip.
but if no luck in finding will post anyway

Most likely a UART if says TTY on it like this one
