anyone recognise this package in either a CPU or non CPU.. trying to identify a possible faked processor

I want to talk to the seller first and find out some history of where he sourced the chip.

Most likely a UART if says TTY on it like this one

IMHO the markings look genuine enough but as you say the proof would be in the pudding  _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |
