Acrtic Silver 5 is my compound of choice. Just be careful using it and not get it on any of the capacitors, socket, motherboard, or any test points on the CPU, as it's slightly capacitive and can conduct electricity.

Arctic Ceramic 2 almost same as Silver but you have not to be carefuly.
