I have a feeling they may be military spec.
What are your thoughts?

No Printing on Gold Cap only on Ceramic.....A bit unusual, I Note the Mask is listed in the database

I don't think it's a mil-spec processor. It should have commercial operating temperature range, and standard screening.

Part Number is different to that listed in database

Yes I saw that but the part number for the mask of E30G showing in the database is QGN0504
Where as this one has the same mask E30G but is marked with a part number QCL0310
Does the part number have any significance?
