Hi cpu-world,

Not just selling our collection here, we also want to hear the detail description about the process to make a chipset from a die! any informative collectors and IC engineers are welcome to leave your notes here.

Let go of this set of items for current tight budget needs. Please pm your offer. Very Happy

Invite "educative description" about the items from left to right. We want to learn more from each other.

Ok well Im not critisizing the stuff or anything, but it looks like its unfinshed junk to me.
The Cisco chips have some identifying marks on them but thats about all. Since they dont interest me I didnt waste any time to see what they are. The rest of the stuff could be anything from graphic chips to a northbridge chip. The copper pieces look like they are a substrate of the chips next to it or somthing.
Im sorry but thats just what I see there, and I would not expect everyone else to agree with me on this.

found them very useful to show those B.Eng(EEE) students , esp semiconductor stream dudes. let them know and see something during the manufacturing processes,

unfinished junk and hammered it to show them what is inside the cover, pin the pictures in their mind forever.

sorry, i m a cleaner not a lecturer.

welcome more voices and sharing here. Welcome those who can tell "story" how an IC made from a die to Chipset with the aid of above pictures!

I'll feel shame if someone asks me why i collect this "junk" but I don't even know how to blur a word!

ding dong..............
