Hello all,
Recently, I have got chips, some pins were bent.
All DIP type chips were arrived safely and sound
(without any bent pins), some PGA chips have bent
pins.
I couldn't find out why only PGA chips some pins
were bent.
Does someone have the same experience?
And, Do you know the best chips packing way to send?
If there is the best way. I would like to request the
senders to do so.
Condition of packing is below:
Packing is very careful. These DIP type chips are
placed on antistatic foam (Black, conductive urethane
sponge), wrapped by antistatic thin film.
PGA type chips are sandwiched between antistatic
thin urethane sheet and antistatic thin film.
They are 2 in 1 packed. (thin film - one PGA chip top ~ bottom -
thin urethane sheet - the other chip bottom ~ top - thin film)
fixed by mending tape.
All chips are surrounded by packing peanuts ( made
by foam polystyrene). like floating packing peanuts.
Best Regards,
Naoto Kojima |

Gosh
Plastic box is a... plastic box. Small box made of plastic - designed for carrying electronic parts.
I put chips into this box and than put this box into an envelope.
I place a stamp on the envelope and leave this envelope at the post office.
And I hope this plastic box (in plastic envelope) will stay undamaged during the journey from the post office to the receipient. _________________ --
