Hi,
I want to ask one think.
I very often encounter with this type of heatsink:

Does anyone know who mounted these heatsink to processors?
Virtually identical (accordingly smaller only) heatsink now I have found glued on one Pentium (non-boxed version).

I am surprised by the frequency of occurrence of this type of heatsink, so I ask it.

I guess these were installed by some large OEM, like Dell.
