I'd like to get copies of the data sheets, user manuals, etc. for any of the Russian PDP-11 compatible chips, including the 1801 and 1811 familes. I don't speak Russian, but have friends who can translate for me.

I'm hoping to prototype a system using an 1801VM3, and get RSTS/E running on it.

Thanks!
Eric

I have datasheet for CMOS 1806VM2 wich is nearly identical to NMOS 1801VM2. This datasheet is in russian.

Thanks for the 1806VM2 data. I'd still like to get 1801VM2 and 1801VM3 data, as those are the chips that I have, and the 1801VM3 has 22-bit addressing which is necessary for the more sophisticated of the PDP-11 operating systems.

Hello, did you managed to create any working prototype?
