Seller has reduced the shipping costs

Some Sellers just don't get it. I wonder if he realizes that his shipping charges alone would scare off the majority of buyers

He was actually asking for offers from people by adding that comment, so you might have been able to get it for a good price

Starting price of $25 looked like the seller
was not really aware of what it is worth so
the buyer might have gotten a real bargain!

In todays market.. I think if buyer got it for anything under $1.5K he probably did get a bargain

but for developed country where average salary is 5000usd,it is nothing.
