| I'd like to ask some opinions about several cpu specs which confused me so much. Please bear with me if my ignorance leads the way. Some cpus in your site reads: Multiprocessing - Uniprocessor (e.g. Core 2 Duo E7600) and Multiprocessing - not supported (e.g. Pentium Dual Core E6600). What does it mean? Can a certain cpu has a limited multi-tasking capability? Any answer shall be appreciated. Thanks! |

It means that you cannot put two of these processors in systems, that accept two or more processors. But even with one Pentium / Core 2 Duo CPU you still get two cores, which means that you can run two programs at once.
