Can you tell me what are these?
The HP chip came from an Itanium board, maybe this is a support chip?

the hp chip is So bizzare....!!!!...
no idea wht im looking at

the texas instruments chip must be some Mcu.....

I found the picture about the itanium board. The HP chip was under the blue heatsink.

i think that hp is a support chip, conect the itanium cpus to the bus, see that the conector is very closer to this chip
