Lots of manufacturers offer a specific model of laptop with several different CPU's of varying TDP's. The only difference is sometimes a different thermal solution, but a lot of manufacturers just design a model of laptop with adequate cooling for the top end of the range of CPU's they plan to offer in that model. It will most likely work just fine, and the only difference you might notice is a decrease in battery life. 10 watts isn't that drastic of a difference.
