Greetings!
I have some Dell Optiplex 755's that have E2160 dual core 1.8's
in them. Anyone know what is the top end that I can use to replace
and upgrade these processors? Can I use the E4600's? Is a quad core
even an option?

| You might want to make sure and upgrade to the latest BIOS on the machine before swapping processors. But the 755 supports all Core 2 Duo CPU's with an 800, 1066, or 1333 FSB. 1600 FSB chips such as the Core 2 Extreme QX9770 are not supported. |
