9314 is date code. Upper right one could be 386. Others have too many pins.

Ye, top right one can be a 80386 CPU. I also think the bottom right chip is a 80386. I'm not sure that 9314 is a date code. I've seen many IBM processors in this metallic case PGA package, and all of them had "9314PQ" markings. It should be something else, but not the date code.

Indeed, 9314 must be something else. Some of the 63F7615 have "IBM 14" in place of "IBM 9314"

Completly different markings:

9314PQ and 9314 should be some standards.

9314PQ stuff should be connectors for videocards or soundcards.

RS/6000 chips (I don't know which ones, but probably CPUs) for the units with more pins. The 63F7615-marked chips are 386s, as well as most others with the same pin count & an Intel copyright. Off the top of my head I can't remember if IBM also produced a version of Intel's 80385 cache controller chip too.
