No info on this.......
But .......Seems to be And this Gate Array too....
I Have Before some time Many Chips like this from fujitsu and Sony .....Not sold so When iOpen it..All was Arrays........
Maybe inside "run" A Cpu or Complex Logic but its Custom Design! |

When you peel back the black aluminum wrapper
and scrape off some black foam, it reveals some really
beautiful gold traces.  |
