When you peel back the black aluminum wrapper
and scrape off some black foam, it reveals some really
beautiful gold traces. Cool

Hello,
both the MB63xx and the MB65xx are CMOS gate arrays (Fujitsu series AV). They are common in Fujitsu/Amdahl computers. The MB65 has a small amount of embedded RAM and PROM. Max gate count is 8000. Here is a datasheet for the Series MB65: http://www.ic-on-line.cn/view_online.php?id=1505829&file=0254\mb652xxx_144070.pdf. MB63 has a max gate count of 2500. They are compatible with Texas Instruments CMOS arrays. I hope this link could be useful: http://www.ic-on-line.cn/view_online.php?id=1500304&file=0251\mb651xxx_113197.pdf.
