I Have Before some time Many Chips like this from fujitsu and Sony .....Not sold so When iOpen it..All was Arrays........
Maybe inside "run" A Cpu or Complex Logic but its Custom Design!

both the MB63xx and the MB65xx are CMOS gate arrays (Fujitsu series AV). They are common in Fujitsu/Amdahl computers. The MB65 has a small amount of embedded RAM and PROM. Max gate count is 8000.
