I found this chip, but don't find out what is it...
Have you any idea? Thanks...

EL stands for Elorg - Soviet Union state export organization for electronics manufacturers.

EDIT:
Link shows collection of Elorg pocket calendars. There you can see punched paper tape Elorg logo often seen on chips made for export.

yah not as common, they made several EPROMs using it and similar (such as a U2716C35)

This is the first not imported housing for east german chips. IT was made by KWH (Keramische Werke Hermsdorf). The combination of the modern housing and the old chip is a bit strange.

But the zebra lines are more shaped than EPROMs You have on the site...
