I found this chip, but don't find out what is it...
Have you any idea? Thanks...

EL stands for Elorg - Soviet Union state export organization for electronics manufacturers.
EDIT:
Link shows collection of Elorg pocket calendars. There you can see punched paper tape Elorg logo often seen on chips made for export.

I tried to find it in Your collection, but no EL2716 there...

Btw do You know this one from Germany? I think is little different from ususal package... |

| This is the first not imported housing for east german chips. IT was made by KWH (Keramische Werke Hermsdorf). The combination of the modern housing and the old chip is a bit strange. |

But the zebra lines are more shaped than EPROMs You have on the site...
