Actually it may a be Denso part. Now that I blew the picture up on my computer i see it says Denso right on it. Idont know if it is still part of mitsubishi at this point or not, but I used to see alot of electronics made by Mitsubishi Denso in the automotive field. Not that I think this has anything to do with cars, its obviously a server CPU of some kind, I read maybe its dual core but i dont know that for sure. _________________ "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once." Thats possible as I thought I saw R134A on it too, that may be the refrigerant they use to cool it with. Pure speculation tho
MAtter of fact I can make out ..... The following coolant is needed.... then its too blurry to read. _________________ "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once." A.E. |

Nice Searching.
I am pretty sure it is an MCM as when you mouse over the photo it shows the label which says "CPU-MCM (4CPU) REV. AH"
I Think there are two CPU's each side of the Central Tower (or should that be 1 MCM each Side)
