I have listed for auction a very nice Fujitsu Memory Module Board on eBay.

If a Forum Member bids and wins this board I will be happy to send it by Standard International Air Post at much lower rates than advertised on the auction.
i.e. Australia $9, USA Japan & Parts of Asia $13.50, UK Europe & the rest of the world $15.00

Just let me know if you win it and request an eBay invoice with Shipping by International Air.

Cheers & thanks for looking

Can someone help me out here please.
I have just done a search on this item on eBay using key words from the title and it does not come up in the search despite me have it listed in 2 categories

Can someone do the same thing and let me know if it appears in their search please?

Cheers

I think eBay has some questions to answer.
This just should not happen.
I pay them good money to list something like this and expect it should show in searches with keywords from the title.
For what good it will do I have laid a complaint with them Crying or Very sad

Yes if I go to My Listings in my eBay I can see it.

I just browsed both Categories on eBay UK and found it in both Categories there but I cannot find it by browsing the categories on eBay.com where it is listed.........Its driving me nuts Confused

Also I can successfully search for it on eBay.com by searching the auction number Rolling Eyes

ebay search, and browse, has been broke for a long time. Some servers respond with the right stuff, others leave lots out.

Peolpe have complained, but eBay does not care one bit, they still make money.

True. They're making money hand over fist as it is, so they're not really motivated to fix it. Just like the issues with PayPal. Since they own it, and it makes a lot of money, there's no reason to fix it either.

I got the following reply from eBay but the problem is still there

Thank you for contacting eBay. After reviewing your email I understand that you are trying to sell items on the eBay USA site and cannot see them. I know it is disappointing when you feel you may not be getting the exposure your item needs to reach as many customers as possible. First of all I want to make sure that you know that potential buyers can see and purchase your items.

After researching your concern further, I found that we are having some technical difficulties with item visibility internationally and they are working very quickly to resolve this. I have reported your account to the appropriate team to let them know that you are having this issue so they can look into your account as a priority to get this fixed. I understand how recent difficulties might have been frustrating for you.

We want all of our members to enjoy the best possible experience on eBay, so keeping our website up and running and making sure all of our features are available is very important to us.

We work our hardest to avoid any technical glitches, but occasionally these unfortunate situations do happen. I can assure you that when something does go wrong with the eBay website, we always work as quickly as possible to fix it.

Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the recent problem. Thank you for using eBay.

Thanks,

Jenna T.

eBay Customer Support.
