Hallo! I need some good advice. I have vintage laptop with 266Mhz MMX CPU TT266 SL23M(the highiest CPU according to the tech data). But I know that intel produced in 1998-1999 the last and top mobile MMX CPU - 300MHz SL34N. I want to upgrade my TT266 to TT300. Is it possible? I read in internet about tech data of these CPU"s and it seems to me that characteristics of TT266 and TT300 is very similar. But I have some doubts. My native TT266 is on the cpu board. I plan replace this one to TT300. What do you think about it? Your advices and thoughts.
