Hi,
The board is an 49X array of AMD AM25S05 2 bit X 4 bit multipliers.
The glue logic AM25S07 / 74S378's perform lookahead and carry of the array's previous stage.
date codes:
AM 25S05PC 7849DP
AM25S07 / 74S378 - 7831/6dmp
