I think the CLK10 & CLK11 may refer to the Clock Output Frequency Range

I have no idea, but I wanted to post some information about CLK that may help to figure it out. It seems that CLK10 and CLK11, as well as CLK00, CLK01 and 2XCLK, were used only on 5V chips. These chips didn't have clock multiplier pin, and, I guess, they had the multiplier hardcoded. 3.3V/3.45V ST processors re-purposed one pin for clock multiplier, and these CPUs are marked with CLKMUL on the back. The "00", "01", "11" and "10" numbers after CLK are probably binary numbers. These are not clock multipliers, but may specify other clock characteristics.
