Hey guys, I'm trying to build 4004 system which could be eventually interesting project. For the basic 4004 set I found enough documents and information including electrical characteristic. But for the 4265 and 4289 peripheral chips I can't find anything but the title page from some data book. Especialy the 4265 has some internal configuration for the I/O ports and without it it's basicly unusable. 4289 comes from 4008 and 4009 chips for which I found some info but I still lack the electrical characteristic such as current consumption or I/O pin characteristic (some are TTL compatible and some not).
I'd be happy for any information about these two chips, scans or PDF pages if you can share them. |

Thank you very much, apparently my google-fu isn't that great
Bitsavers have a lot of interesting info but they lack documents about the 4040 and it's peripherals.
This should get me started and I'll post when I have something done to show. |
