| I am looking for the "Hardware Manual" for the NEC V33A. I already have the "Instruction Manual" which only has the programming information, but I really need the electrical information for this chip. |

I don't know about the V33A. It was based on V33, and I have a datasheet for it. The chip is 100% software compatible with the 8086, but it was produced in very different package. It doesn't have any multiplexed signals like the 8086. If you're looking for drop-in replacement then it won't work for you. If you're planning to put it on some kind of adapter, and re-wire the pins then it may.
