What is the difference between:
1. KU80486SX-25
2. KU80486SXSA-25
3. KU80486SXSA-25SX934
Intel refuses to answer questions about old legacy parts.
Each Processor / Microcontroller has an Intel S-Spec usually on the third text row of each part that uniquely identifies a revision/ECO.
The SSpec number, also known as the specification number and SL code, is a five character string (SL36W or XL2XL, for example) printed on the processor or processor label.
For example, Intel PCN 107060-01 identifies KU80486SXSA33 as S-SPEC S X935. This code will not appear associated with any other version of the 486 processors. The Intel S-SPEC will not change for minor changes such as marking.
KU80486SXSA25 is S X934
KU80486SXSA33 is S X935
KU80486SX25 is S X683
KU80486SX33 is S X684
Intel has removed all previous documentation about 486s on their website. Does anyone know where 486 documentation can found detailing SX, SA, and SL codes? What change was implemented for SX934? |
