Hi All,
Please help me in giving a solution.
I am using Pentium 4, 2.4 GHz. With Windows 2000 server.
Recently I installed SAP-IDES software on my PC.
I was using 256MB RAM Prior to this installation. Suddenly after 2 or 3 days, while I am shutting down my PC, I am getting a Blue Screen with the following message :
***STOP* 0x0000009F(0X00000002,0X81F30970,0X81F315BO,0X00000000)
POWER_STATE_FAILURE
BEGINING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY
DUMPING PHYSICAL MEMORY:0.1.2.....100
I presumed it is RAM problem as my RAM memory was less ( expected for SAP is 1GB), i changed it to 512MB.
Still i am getting the same problem (screen) when i am trying to shut down the PC.
It goes to the blue screen, starts the counter from 1 to 100 for dump memory, and again restarts.
i have checked the heating problem also........it is not the case.
Anybody plz plz help me, what is the solution? It it software problem?
I am not facing any error message which the PC is ON, just when i go to shu down, this screen come.
What to do ?
Gaurav

The first solution that comes into my head is to reinstall windows.
