I think this is the processor board of a bigger
color laser printer made by HP.

Hi,
it's a mid-range graphic card, type CRX24 (hardware accelerated color frame buffer, no geometry accelerator) for 2D applications on HP9000 workstations.
The HP P/N is A2674-66572.
