Check it out. I've seen very few cyrix's with a gold cap on the back.

That's what CPU Shack told me, and I believe him because of the low speed, and the fact it doesn't tell you "HEATSINK REQUIRED" Cool

not nessacarily mobile, just a low speed one.
Early IBM production

These were made on a 3 layer 0.65u process which was rapidly changed to a 5 layer process to increase speed.

Most common uses were in budget boxes and portables.
