Has anyone got a fairly powerful motherboard (preferably super socket 7 or later if they exist) with at least one VLB slot that they want to sell? The oldest I will consider is a 486 board with support for DX4-133. I need it for testing some older graphics cards. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I have this one if you are interested.
Untested at this time but still has the RAM in it and the Printer & Serial Ports attached to it by the ribbon cables.
I probably removed it from a PC I wrecked at some stage. _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |

Whoops, Looks like what I thought was a VLB Slot is actually an ASUS proprietary MediaBus Port on this motherboard so maybe no good to you
Manual is here

But I also have this one and it even has an overdrive 133 Processor in it
and some RAM, 16MB I suspect
Socket 3 of course
Again unchecked at this time but yet again it would have been taken out of a PC that was being dismantled. _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |

That looks good. How much do you want for it with trackable shipping? _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

If anyone elses has one, I may be able to buy two boards, depending what the second one is and how much it will cost. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Yup, 1Kg package to the UK with tracking is $55
without tracking $33
Sad but true our international postage rates are atrocious _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |

I was wondering if the shipping cost was going to bite you
I have a socket 4.. but I need to find an updated bios for it to work correctly _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I can afford up to around $80 with airmail shipping for a board, preferably with at least a DX4-100 and 4 MB or more of RAM. I'll figure out the software to tests cards when I have a board
I want it to tests some older cards for gpuzoo.com, info on older cards is hard to find (and even Tom's Hardware have incorrect info in some of their early reviewss!) _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

If you can sort the BIOS and sell it for no more than the price I mentioned above, then I may well be interested. I didn't realise you coucld get VLB on Pentium clcass boards _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

| Very early Pentium 60 / 66 were available as VLB-versions. |
