I have this chips... and i couldnt find any info about them... never heard of MEV before... can anybody help with some infos plz? if anyone is interested 3 are for sale (i want to keep one 7641 and one 7641A )

They are Hungarian made, don't know if MEV is the same as Tungsram or not.

Just noticed, some of them are 7641 PC and some are 7641A PC.
Could they be copies of Motorola 512x8 PROM's MCM7641(A)PC?

If I know well then MEV (Mikroelektronikai Vállalat - Microeletronics Company) was founded by outsourcing the IC development from Tungsram in 1982. In 1986 the whole factory is destroyed by a fire in very suspicious conditions.
HERE is a (google) translated article about the fire, I hope that's remain readable.
